Many British citizens as well as tourists have tried to reenact this infamous scene, which is now a main focus point on the London turism circuit. The crossing, named the Zebra Crossing for the black and white stripes is located near EMI's Abbey Road Studios which has been used as the recording studio for numerous artists such as The Beatles, Oasis, Pink Floyd, and more recently, Kanye West. Many movies like Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back, Raiders of the Lost Arc, and Brave Heart have also been scored there.

When I look at this photo, sadly the one thing that pops into my head is the image of Lindsay Lohan and Natasha Richardson walking across this road in The Parent Trap. I think that its kind of weird how something so small such as crossing a street has become so popular and immortalized.

New Found Glory, also known as NFG for short, has been around since 1997, and their sound has barely changed since. The band has been on the Vans Warped Tour various times, and have sold out venues world wide. What's mathcore? Good question. Mathcore is a style of music recognized for it's technical musicianship. It's filled with complicated notes, rhythms, and time signatures, and is usually composed using computers and other technical devices. The Fall Of Troy isn't well known if their name is dropped in the middle of a conversation, but the song "F.C.P.R.E.M.I.X." can be heard on the soundtracks of many video games such as Saint's Row, and MLB 2K6.
http://www.myspace.com/thefalloftroy

All Time Low is a band that had been used to playing poorly ventilated, one room venues with horrible sound systems and barely any light shows. Now they can be found touring every summer on the Vans Warped Tour, and appearing with bands such as Boys Like Girls, Valencia, and Cute is What We Aim For. Identical to Just Surrender, the pop/punk melodies are perfect for when you need to be cheered up, or just want to have some fun background music when you're hanging out with friends. These songs are easy to relate to with sayings that really make you think; "I've never told a lie,and that makes me a liar,I've never made a bet,but we gamble with desire,I've never lit a match, with intent to start a fire, but recently the flames, are getting out of control."
http://www.myspace.com/alltimelow

When most people think of Dover, New York, Onion town and the abandoned insane asylum come to mind. But Dover is the hometown of one of the fasted rising underground pop/punk bands, Just Surrender. Their original cd "If Streets Could Talk" is filled with catchy songs with meaningful lyrics. In other words, the perfect songs to sing in the shower, or when your driving and think no one can hear you. Just Surrender's latest album, "We're In Like Sin" still has the same pop/punk feel, but on a different level. The lyrics have the same idea for the most part, but the sound is completely different from when the band was once known as A Second Chance. In my opinion, both of the cds are worth listening to, downloading, or buying.

www.myspace.com/justsurrenderrock
